Hi fellow travelers! My name is Caroline and I'm a self-described jet-setting travel journalist.

There was no epiphany of wanting to be a travel journalist. Instead, this career was already etched in my bones, and it took me being in the same place for too long to realize that I feed off of a need to "just go."

I graduated with an English degree in the second year of the COVID pandemic, and this really put me (and many others) in a precarious position. After much debate and self-sabotage, I started this portfolio and blog in January 2022 and I hope that it will inspire you to open your eyes to a very different, beautiful, and dynamic world that we have around us.
